As a Seller client, you will be provided with your own username and password to access your personal account information. Once inside, you will be able to keep track of the following items pertaining to your property listing:
- Schedule of advertisement and illustrations in JPG format
- Pre-Inspection schedule and report in PDF format
- Pre-Home staging property list to get your property ready for home staging
- Home staging schedule of events
- Dates of upcoming showings
- Feedback on recent showings
- Copy of firm offer and relevant clause/condition waivers in PDF format
- Closing costs and statement of adjustments
- Contact information for home inspector
- Contact information on lending institutions
You get the idea. This is the one stop place for you to learn what is going on with your property listing in real time as it happens. It will also provide you with any important files on your property listing as well as the pertinent contact numbers relating to your real estate needs at your finger tips.
